3 Elimination Games to Watch

South Texas- The obvious choices here are LSUS and Tennessee Wesleyan elimination games but those matchups are not set yet. So while we all prepare ourselves for those, lets check out 3 games already scheduled that put it all on the line.

Webber International vs Missouri Baptists

Doane vs Grand View

Time– 1p central

Why you should watch? Both Doane and Grand View have had great seasons, yet one of them has to end today. The Tigers have 40+ wins and had the unfortunate event of facing Eli Davis in game 1 of their tournament. For GVU, they faced a really quality Bellevue squad. Two quality Midwest programs battling for survival in Nebraska, hard to beat that.

Science & Arts (OK) vs Hope International

Time– 12:30p pacific

Why you should watch? Another top seed versus the two seed up for elimination. It doesn’t take much convincing but since this one is pay-per-view I might need to do a bit more talking. USAO led 7-6 headed to the 7th inning of yesterdays game against Concordia (MI) before the bullpen collapsed and CUAA put up 5 unanswered for the 11-7 win. HIU on the other hand led on multiple occasions including headed into the 9th inning. LCSC erased a 7-2 deficit early then erased a 12-9 one later the same night to win 15-14. One of the Royals strengths has been increased pitching depth this year, but had two of their best hit hard. This game will see if these top two seeds can overcome late game collapses and continue their season.
