Team of the week

The Bulldogs of Concordia University were swinging it well this week. The team went 6-0 and
outscored their opponents 86-20. On Tuesday, Kansas Wesleyan University got swept in a
doubleheader. The final scores were 14-5 and 5-2. Four more wins were added during the weekend
versus Culver-Stockton College, the final scores of this series were 23-6, 17-2, 15-4 and 12-1.
The big slugger for CUNE was Jaidan Quinn, who is our NAIA Ball Player of the Week, he went yard
seven times throughout the week. Quinn was not the only Bulldogs player to swing it well this week.
The team connected for a total of 27 homeruns during six games.
This was a big week for the Bulldogs as they improved their record from 2-3 to 8-3.
