Teague Robertson – Missouri Baptists – After suffering their first loss in 65 games, the LSU Shreveport Pilots looked to get back on their feet. Following the tough defeat to Central Methodist, the Pilots responded with a comeback win against Mid-America Christian (OK). They then delivered a dominant performance against Dakota State, cruising to an 11–1 victory, and set their sights on their next matchup against Missouri Baptist. Taking the mound for Missouri Baptist was right-handed graduate Teague Robertson, who entered the matchup seeking his first win of the season. Robertson delivered a dominant performance, tossing a complete game while allowing just one run on two hits and one walk, while striking out seven. His outing handed LSU Shreveport its second loss since the end of its 65-game winning streak. Robertson’s stellar performance earned him NAIA Ball Pitcher of the Week honors.
