Hitter of the week

Jack LaRue – Rochester University (MI) – Senior infielder Jack LaRue had himself a week for the Warriors of Rochester University. In eight games, he went 18-for-29, collecting three homeruns and twelve RBIs. On April 19, versus Cornerstone University did something special, as he collected a single, double, triple and a homerun to complete the cycle. With this unique performance, he helped his Warriors to a 14-13 victory. LaRue has boosted his season batting average to an impressive .412 and has gone yard twelve times so far this year, he can now also add an NAIA Ball Hitter of the Week award to this outstanding season he’s having at the plate.
